The following terms & conditions apply to all orders:
There is a $10.00 charge if you submit an incorrect shipping address. UPS charges us to re-route your package to the correct address.
Damages: Although our products are packaged with great care to avoid damage during shipping, we know there are times when shippers have accidents. If this occurs, we ask that you report the incident within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging with damaged item/items as shipper may need to verify the claim. All items damaged by the shipper will be replaced by us at no charge to you.
Returns: Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to promptly rectify any problems. If we cannot rectify the issue to your complete satisfaction, we will refund your money, less shipping charges. Return requests must be made by phone within 2 days of receipt.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a 25% restocking fee. All sales tax and shipping charges will be refunded. Once order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or internationally. Orders normally ship within 2 weeks. We ship UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. Yes, you may call us for expedited shipping prices.
Out of Stock Items: If we find that at item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected lead time. You may choose to cancel your order with no penalty.
