TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms & conditions apply to all orders:
1. You are responsible if you submit an incorrect delivery address to us, and additional charges may apply at your expense.
2. Not As Advertised: Detailed pictures and descriptions have been provided. If you are still unsure of the product; please, feel free to contact us for further information. We want to make every effort to clarify the product before ordering.
3. Damages: Although our products are packaged with great care to avoid damage during shipping, we know there are times when shippers have accidents. If this occurs, we ask that you report the incident within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging with damaged item/items as shipper may need to verify the claim. All items damaged by the shipper will be replaced.
4. Returns: Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to promptly rectify any problems. If we cannot rectify the issue to your complete satisfaction, we will refund your money, less shipping charges. Home fragrance, bath products, and clearance merchandise are not returnable. For all other items, return requests must be made by phone within 2 days of signing for package.
5. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a 25% restocking fee. All sales tax and shipping charges will be refunded. Once order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Special orders and bulk orders are subject to a 75% cancellation penalty to cover our costs.
6. Shipping: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or internationally. Actual shipping charges apply to special bulk orders. Orders normally ship within 2 business days. We ship UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. Yes, you may call us for expedited shipping prices.
7. Out of Stock Items: If we find that at item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected lead time. You may choose to cancel your order with no penalty.
8. Checkout Procedure: Please be sure to enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This address will be verified prior to shipping. If this is a commercial address, please indicate that in the notes during checkout. If you don't have a PayPal account, we urge you to open one. It's fast, free and gives you an additional layer of protection when ordering online. You will have the opportunity to open an account during checkout. If you are already a PayPal account holder, you will be asked to login to your account.
9. Payment verification when drop shipping: If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, we reserve the right to contact the credit card holder directly to verify that they approve of the purchase. If we are unable to locate them (i.e., their telephone number is unlisted), we reserve the right to cancel the order. This is for your protection to prevent online credit card fraud.
