TERMS & CONDITIONS
Because of the increase in fraudulent claims against online merchants, the following terms & conditions apply to all orders:
1. You are responsible if you submit an incorrect delivery address to us, and additional charges may apply at your expense.
2. Not As Advertised: We have provided detailed pictures and descriptions of our products. If you are still unsure of the product, please contact us before purchasing. We will make an extra effort to provide more information to you.
3. Damages: We package our products with great care to avoid damage during shipping. If the shipper damages your product, you must contact us within 24 hours of signing for the package. We may ask that you return the damaged product to us for replacement. Keep all packaging along with the damaged item/items as the shipper may want to see them. All items damaged by the shipper will be replaced.
4. Returns: We do not take returns of soy candles or pewter items. All other items are returnable. If you are unhappy with the quality of any of our products, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction in an expedient manner. We want you to be 100% completely satisfied. Please do not return any product to us without contacting us first. We do not issue refunds on products that are more than 10% consumed. Return requests will only be accepted within 2 days of signing for package. Please check your package as soon as you receive it.
5. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a 25% restocking fee. All sales tax and shipping charges will be refunded. Once order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping: All ordering goes through PayPal, whether you have a PayPal account or not. Therefore, we do not have your financial information. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or internationally.
7. Out of Stock Items: If we find that at item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected lead time. You may choose to cancel your order with no penalty.
8. Expect to receive your order within 7-14 days. We ship UPS ground.
9. Checkout Procedure: Please be sure to enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This address will be verified prior to shipping. If this is a commercial address, please indicate that in the notes during checkout. If you don't have a PayPal account, we urge you to open one. It's fast, free and gives you an additional layer of protection when ordering online. You will have the opportunity to open an account during checkout. Purchasing through your PayPal account will speed up your order processing. If you have ever opened a PayPal account, you will be asked to login to your account. However, you can still pay with a credit card that you have assigned to your PayPal account.
10. Payment verification when drop shipping: If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, we reserve the right to contact the credit card holder directly to verify that they approve of the purchase. If we are unable to locate them (i.e., their telephone number is unlisted), we reserve the right to cancel the order.
